For example, in order to register with inCrowd, you will be required to input personal and other information. While utilizing the Site or making any In Site Purchases you may provide us with additional information, such as your address, photos or other media, messages, or updates. This information may be collected either through a website or a mobile application, and may be sent to servers throughout the United States. Even if we do have anything for sale on the Site, we will not store your credit card or other payment information.

In using the Site, you authorize us to collect, parse, and retain data relating to our provision of the Site. Failure to provide certain Personal Data may make it impossible for this Site to provide its services.

Who do we Share your Information With?

When you register with inCrowd your profile and digital business card will be viewable by those you share it with, and by other Users. They will be able to access information you provided to us directly or through Other Services, such as photos, your schools or jobs, first name or user name, areas of interest, email, gender, etc…

You may also choose to share conversations with other users of the Site or provide certain users with non-public information. Some of your information not viewable to the other users of the Site generally, may be viewable by those with whom you share the information.

We do not share your personal information with others except as indicated in this Privacy Policy, or when you are specifically informed and have an opportunity to opt out of having your personal information shared.

With service providers: We may share information, including personal information, with third parties that perform certain services on our behalf. If you have a Scan Unlock account, you have the ability to review and update your personal information within the Site by opening your account and going to settings.
