Join inCrowd went dark for a few days, and it was all part of a plan. We’ve relaunched with a fresh new layout and a renewed sense of purpose. The goal? To make connecting with people even easier and more meaningful. I can’t wait to share what’s new!
What’s New?
We've reimagined the platform from top to bottom. From the interface to the features, everything is now designed to help you connect, whether you’re meeting new people at a conference, a nightclub, or just out and about. We’re focused on making those connections feel personal, safe, and effortless.
A Quick History
Back in September 2019, after receiving my "Blue Social" card, I found myself in a hostel, where I spent three days writing 188 pages of specs and wireframes. By February 2021, Join inCrowd was live. We thought we were just another digital business card platform, but we quickly realized something unique: our members weren’t using the platform during business hours. They were active from Thursday to Saturday, 9:30 PM to 3:30 AM—peak social times. That insight changed everything.
We adapted, grew to 1.7 million members without a marketing budget, and then hit a snag when we lost contact with our developer, which paused updates and payment processing. But in August 2024, while in Playa Del Carmen, I sat down and recoded the entire platform myself, this time with a focus on what you, our members, really need.

Updates Center: Stay informed with the latest updates, features, and issues we’re working on. We’re committed to transparency and constantly improving your experience.
Payment Links: Swapping money among friends has never been easier. Now, you can access your payment apps right from your Join inCrowd card, making transactions a breeze.
NO DOwnload Buttons: We don’t have a "Download Contacts" button. Why? Because, honestly, no one uses it. You want to send a quick text or email and get back to your conversation. We get it, and we’ve designed Join inCrowd to support exactly that.
